We are seeking a skilled lawyer to join our Emerging Growth and Venture Capital practice group. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant corporate experience.

This role involves supporting special projects, assisting with company formations, equity issuances, consulting agreements, and maintaining data rooms.
