Labor Attorney

Job Description:
We seek an experienced Labor Attorney to join our Kansas City office. The ideal candidate will have experience with a broad range of labor matters, including collective bargaining, union elections, strikes, picketing, and litigation of unfair labor practice cases before the NLRB. Key Responsibilities include: * Handling high-level legal matters at different stages of progression * Demonstrating strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills * Producing quality legal work and managing business efforts * Complying with ethical standards and advancing a career in litigation Required Education: Juris Doctor Required Licenses and/or Certifications: Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of Illinois or Missouri Preferred Experience: 5+ years of experience as a licensed attorney at a law firm, with extensive experience in labor matters.
