Join MGC's Workers' Compensation Team in Florence, SC! Ideal candidates will have 1-5 years of practice experience. We offer competitive compensation with monthly bonus opportunities. Must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina or have pending South Carolina bar exam results. Responsibilities include: - Assessing new files and establishing action plans, budgets, and recommendations. - Identifying pleading requirements and delegating tasks to paralegals as needed. - Preparing discovery responses and managing document production. - Attending depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports. - Negotiating settlements, securing authority, and preparing for trial as necessary. We are looking for an attorney with exceptional interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
