Job Description:
Foster Garvey PC is seeking an experienced International Trade Attorney to work with the Firm's diverse business clients on complex international transactions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in customs and import control matters, including tariff classification, valuation, transfer pricing, audits, forced labor compliance, and customs enforcement of antidumping and countervailing duty orders. The successful candidate will have a portable book of business, 7 years of experience, JD from an ABA-accredited law school, license to practice law, strong analytical and writing skills, client-service approach, exceptional communication skills, enthusiasm for teamwork or independence, attention to detail, organizational skills, responsive service, annualized salary range $200,000-$325,000, medical dental vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, commuter allowance, disability life insurance, parental leave, billable credit hours for Diversity Equity and Inclusion Pro Bono work, annual bonus, and more!
