We seek an experienced commercial finance professional to represent lenders and borrowers in commercial finance transactions, with expertise in real estate finance transactions. The ideal candidate will have superior academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication skills, and proven ability to manage complex financial documentation and negotiations. Salary range: $195,000 to $220,000, with quarterly and annual bonuses, as well as comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, parental leaves, sick and vacation time, well-being/EAP support, and a generous 401(k) retirement plan.
