Join Nelson Mullins as a Junior Intellectual Property Associate in our Intellectual Property Litigation, Trademarks and Patent Team. We seek a motivated individual with experience in patent preparation and prosecution to assist in trademark and/or licensing matters. Requirements include a mechanical engineering, nuclear engineering, or chemical engineering degree and admission to a state Bar in NC or SC. The ideal candidate will have strong advocacy skills and be part of a growing team. Salary range: $200,000 - $215,000 annually.
