Foreclosure Attorney

Job Description:
We seek a highly skilled Foreclosure Attorney to handle and maintain a case load of foreclosure, title, and/or litigation matters on behalf of banks, investors, mortgage servicers, and other creditors. Key duties include collaborating with attorneys and support staff, reviewing client documents, drafting pleadings, attending hearings, and keeping clients apprised of case statuses. Requirements include excellent oral and written communication skills, effective organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to work in a high-volume production environment.
