Job Description:
We are seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join our asbestos and toxic tort defense practice. Key responsibilities include managing all phases of litigation, drafting pleadings and legal memoranda, and maintaining strong client relationships through responsive communication. Requirements include bar admission in Rhode Island, excellent written and verbal skills, and demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
