We seek a highly skilled and experienced Immigration Attorney to provide high-quality legal representation to clients in immigration court and before USCIS. Key responsibilities include managing diverse caseloads, representing clients in removal defense, conducting legal research, reviewing motions and appeals, and collaborating with colleagues. Qualifications include a JD degree from an accredited law school, active bar membership, and 3-5 years of experience practicing law with a strong emphasis on immigration litigation. The ideal candidate will have exceptional legal research and writing skills, ability to manage high-volume caseloads, and strong communication skills.
