Seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our firm. Responsibilities include drafting and opposing motions, attending depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances. Qualifications: strong analytical and writing skills, clear communication, ability to work independently and in a team environment, highly motivated, and PIP experience is a plus.
