Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our Project & Energy Finance group in DLA Piper's US offices. As an Of Counsel, you will work on novel financing deals in the energy transition space and have the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team. Key qualifications include 9+ years of experience in project finance or digital infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include drafting loan and security documentation, coordinating closings, and providing timely deliverables.

Requirements include strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively and independently. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and competitive compensation ranging from $450,000 - $525,000 per year.
