Foreclosure Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Foreclosure Attorney to handle and maintain a case load of foreclosure, title, and/or litigation matters on behalf of banks, investors, mortgage servicers, and other creditors. Key duties include collaborating with attorneys and support staff, performing complex title resolution, reviewing client documents, drafting pleadings, and attending hearings. Requirements include excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and 5+ years of experience representing secured creditors are preferred.
