Employment Attorney Partner

Job Description:
We are seeking employment litigation partners to defend employer clients in single plaintiff employment litigation. Responsibilities include defending clients in a broad range of employment-related claims, investigating claims and defenses, and conducting legal research and analysis. The ideal candidate will have significant employment litigation experience, excellent writing skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Requirements: - Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school - Current California bar admission in good standing - Significant employment litigation experience required - Excellent writer with attention to detail - Effective oral communication skills - Team player with exceptional personal interaction skills and responsiveness - Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task - Understanding of current state and federal procedures - Comfortable handling court appearances and participating in depositions and mediations.
