Job Description:
Support civil litigation teams in Strategic Advisory and Government Enforcement group. Develop case strategy, drive fact development efforts, draft motions to dismiss and other litigation documents, work on financial services, white collar, and privacy and data security litigation and enforcement matters. Meaningful experience with complex civil litigation required. Strong research skills, drafting motions, briefs, discovery documents, prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
