Finance Associate - Bankruptcy & Restructuring (Energy Projects)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated associate to join our Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice Group on the Finance Team in the Energy and Natural Resources Sector. This role involves working with lenders, investors, sponsors, and developers on renewable energy finance and development transactions.

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Excellent academic credentials, strong organization, and analytical skills
• Academic coursework in secured transactions, corporate law, commercial contracts, project finance, energy law, and/or tax law is preferred

Compensation:

• $205,000 - $215,000 per year (estimated)
• Competitive compensation package with benefits
