Key Responsibilities include intake and sign-up of new clients, evaluating and developing cases, negotiating with insurers, communicating with clients and medical providers, disbursing funds and managing dockets. Requirements: JD, licensed in Texas, 0-3 years PI experience, valid TX driver's license, bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
