The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in large law firms, strong communication skills, and knowledge of laws and court procedures. Requirements: - Bacheloru2019s degree and J.D. Degree - Strong oral and written communication skills - Knowledge of laws and rules, as well as state and federal court procedures, forms, deadlines, filing requirements and portals - Ability to organize factual and legal data into clear and logical arguments - Licensed to practice law in North Carolina and in good standing.
