We are seeking an experienced associate to join our Securities Litigation team. Our team is renowned for its expertise in handling high-profile disputes and has a strong track record of wins for clients in the most complex and high-stakes cases. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in securities class actions, stockholder derivative suits, IPO and direct listing litigation, SPAC-related securities litigation, books and records demands, audit & special litigation committee investigations, and SEC regulatory enforcement. Our approach is to identify the most expedient, cost-effective means of ending the litigation with the least disruption to our clients and their businesses.
