Commercial Contracts Attorney

Job Description:
The commercial contracts attorney will work with clients and attorneys across the firm's six offices to draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts. The ideal candidate has significant experience with contracts in consumer goods and/or consumer products industry, including manufacturing agreements, distribution agreements, sales broker agreements, raw material supply agreements, packaging supply agreements, equipment leases, equipment purchase agreements, product purchase and sale/supply agreements.

The successful candidate will have a portable book of business, 7 or more years of experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial contracts, a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, and strong analytical and writing skills. They must be able to manage significant individual responsibilities, work independently, and maintain responsive communication with clients.
