Patent Attorney (Chemistry)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Patent Attorney with at least 2 years of experience in chemistry or a related field to join our team. Responsibilities will include drafting and prosecuting patent applications, conducting due diligence, and managing internal and client-driven deadlines. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent writing abilities. Key requirements include a Master's Degree or Doctor of Philosophy in chemistry, organic chemistry, applied chemistry, polymer science, polymer engineering, biochemistry, or a related field, as well as registration with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and eligibility for the Patent Bar.
