Job Description:
We are seeking an Associate Attorney to manage cases with a focus on residential real estate litigation, mortgage and transactional matters. The primary focus will be judicial foreclosure actions. Key responsibilities include managing cases from inception to completion, preparing analysis of case and advising clients regarding strategies, drafting court pleadings and defense of motions, attending court hearings, and other duties as needed.
