Bilingual Junior Associate Civil Litigation Attorney

Job Description:

We are an established, dynamic downtown law firm looking for a driven Junior Associate Civil Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is hungry to learn, eager to grow under the mentorship of an experienced litigator, and ready to step into a second-chair role with the long-term goal of developing into an exceptional trial attorney.

Responsibilities include:

• Direct client communications and case management.
• Legal research, drafting memoranda, and preparing briefs.
• Drafting pleadings, discovery, and motion practice.
• Participation in mediation, settlement negotiations, and depositions.
• Preparing for and attending hearings, bench trials, and jury trials.

Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of litigation experience (recent law school graduates with clerkship or internship experience are encouraged to apply).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Familiarity with business disputes, corporate formalities, and general civil litigation.
• Probate law experience strongly preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Demonstrated initiative, willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
