Privacy Associate Attorney

Job Description:
Seeking mid-level to senior associate with 4-7 years of experience in privacy litigation for tech and retail clients. Must have experience or interest in class action litigation, including CIPA, VPPA, TCPA, BIPA, and similar claims. Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for technology required. Superior academic credentials and top AmLaw firm experience preferred. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with clients, analyze laws and regulations, and contribute to strategy.
