Labor & Employment Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking a Labor Employment attorney with management-side experience. Responsibilities include employment litigation, labor arbitrations, and drafting agreements. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated case/client service experience, research and writing skills, excellent communication skills, and strong academic credentials. Essential Experience Skills: - Minimum of two years of management-side Labor Employment experience - Experience before state and federal courts, government agencies, and arbitration panels - Demonstrated case/client service experience - Outstanding research and writing skills, including experience researching and drafting motions, briefs, and position statements - Excellent communication skills - Proactive, level-headed, and able to think practically and strategically - Strong academic credentials - Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school - Massachusetts Bar admission in good standing (admission in other states a plus)
