We are seeking a skilled and business-minded Workers' Compensation Defense Partner to join our team. As a Partner with our Workers Compensation team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our firmu2019s practice and contributing to its overall growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a diverse range of workersu00e0 compensation defense cases from inception through resolution. Develop and implement effective case strategies in collaboration with clients and team members, ensuring alignment with clientsu00e2u80b0 goals and expectations. Stay abreast of legislative changes, judicial rulings, and industry trends affecting workersu00e0 compensation to provide informed advice and strategic direction. Represent the firm and clients in hearings, mediations, and other dispute resolution proceedings, demonstrating exceptional advocacy skills. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Bar Admission: Must be barred in the State of Illinois. Experience: At least three (3) years of experience in workersu00e0 compensation defense. Caseload: Ideally should have some business to bring with them.
