Immigration Attorney – We’re Looking for a Shark
We’re not just hiring—we’re hunting for a shark. Someone who’s fearless in the courtroom, relentless in strategy, and razor-sharp in their understanding of immigration law.
Key Responsibilities:
Representing clients in deportation and removal proceedings
Handling immigration bond hearings and detention-related matters
Preparing and filing applications for asylum and withholding of removal
Managing cancellation of removal cases
Filing green card renewals and family-based petitions
Guiding clients through fiancé visa applications
Advocating for survivors through Visa U, Visa T, and VAWA petitions
Advising on investor visas and B-1/B-2 visitor visas
Preparing and filing immigration appeals, motions to reopen, and motions to reconsider
