GCSolutions Attorney - Transactions Team

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced attorney to join the Transactions Team of GCSolutions for our Winston-Salem or Greensboro office. As a part of our team, you will contribute to collaborative work environment and handle corporate and transactional matters, including mergers & acquisitions, real estate, securities law, trademarks, SAAS Agreements/licensing agreements, and data privacy. Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience with general corporate and commercial contract law, firm and/or in-house counsel experience, excellent writing and analytical skills, and strong academic credentials. The ideal candidate will be licensed in the jurisdiction where they will practice.
