Job Description:
We seek a highly skilled Electrical Engineering/Software Patent Associate to join our Intellectual Property Practice Group. As a key member of the team, you will support patent portfolio development, prosecution, and management, as well as client counseling and litigation support. Requirements include 1-4 years of patent experience, a degree in electrical engineering or computer science, and bar admission in one of several jurisdictions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
