Job Description:
We seek an experienced NJ Licensed Personal Injury attorney with five more years of experience. The ideal candidate is an experienced trial attorney who is compassionate and self-motivated. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with clients to learn about their legal needs and concerns and provide advice. Develop Strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively. Review discovery documents and determine the best course of action for each client in each case. Take, review, and administer full depositions and oral hearings of cases witnesses and experts. Prepare all documents required to file cases. (150+ caseload) Work closely with legal assistants and paralegals to prepare a comprehensive brief on each case that goes to trial. Maintain a regular schedule of hearings, court appearances, and conferences, based on cased requirements. Schedule and administer full depositions of cases, witnesses, and experts. Review discovery documents and determine the best course of action for the client in each case. Supervise two paralegals. Key Qualifications: Must have 5 years of plaintiff s personal injury experience. Must be licensed in NJ. Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills. Possess tenacity, drive, and compassion. Work effectively with minimal supervision. Candidate must be willing to travel to court.
