Job Description:
We are seeking a junior to mid-level associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our market-leading Fintech and Financial Advisory practice. Key responsibilities include managing litigation discovery, assisting senior attorneys, and participating in witness and client interviews. Must possess exceptional interpersonal and writing skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively. A juris doctorate degree and membership to the State Bar of the desired office are required, along with litigation and/or enforcement experience. The expected salary range is between $235,000 and $310,000.
