Labor & Employment Associate Attorney

Job Description:
We seek a highly qualified Associate to join our Labor n Employment practice Group in our Los Angeles office. The firm is internationally recognized for its representation of Fortune 500 companies in high-stakes litigation and government-facing matters, as well as its ongoing commitment to pro bono service and diversity, equity, and inclusion. We are seeking candidates with approximately 3 to 4 years of experience in employment litigation, with focus on California employment law. Familiarity with a broad range of labor and employment law issues including state and federal anti-discrimination laws, labor laws, leave laws, executive employment agreements, pay equity matters, and/or non-competition and trade secret matters, is preferred. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials as well as highly developed organizational, writing and analytical skills. Candidates must be a member, in good standing, of the California Bar.
