Job Description:
We are seeking a Patent Agent to join our Electrical Engineering & Software Team in any office. The ideal candidate will have IP experience with drafting and patent prosecution, a background in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar.
Design engineering experience with a chip company is a plus, as well as wireless communication experience in 5G, 6G, and 3GPP standards.
Candidates must be admitted to the USPTO, have 2-6 years of legal experience, and excellent written and oral communication skills. They should also possess strong organizational and analytical abilities.
