Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled attorney to join our family law practice in Mankato, MN. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and writing skills, as well as experience in family and criminal law.

You will be responsible for representing clients in family law matters, including divorce custody, disputes, and support cases, as well as criminal law matters, including arraignments, omnibus hearings, and trials. You will also draft and file legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, and briefs.

The successful candidate should have strong organizational skills, a client service orientation, and excellent communication and writing skills.

Requirements include 0-3 years of experience in family or criminal law, including work as a law clerk and externships. A license to practice law in Minnesota is also required.
