Environmental Attorney

Job Description:
We seek a licensed Environmental Attorney with 2-7 years of experience in regulatory compliance, environmental litigation, government investigations, enforcement actions, and transactional due diligence. Responsibilities include providing legal support and counsel on various environmental matters, conducting legal research and analysis, drafting legal documents, participating in negotiations and settlement discussions, and collaborating with other attorneys. Qualifications: - Law licensure in Pennsylvania at minimum - Knowledge of Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and/or RCRA matters and associated state regulations - Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school - Strong legal research and analytical skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills We offer a flexible remote work schedule, competitive benefits package, quarterly bonuses based on profitability and business generation, and a monthly technology budget.
