Remote Appellate Attorney

Job Description:
We seek an experienced or licensed attorney to work remotely in the Appellate Department. Key responsibilities include writing arguments and appealing administrative decisions with minimal client contact. Must have excellent communication skills, a background in Social Security Disability law preferred, and be willing to learn. Qualifications: Active attorney license through a state bar association, experience with Social Security Disability law, and writing appeals are highly valued.
