Employment & Trade Secret Litigation Associate

Job Description:
We seek an experienced Employment & Trade Secret Litigation associate to join our team in New York. The ideal candidate will have worked on several employment litigation cases, provided day-to-day advice to clients on various aspects of employment law, and advised clients on employment-related matters in mergers and acquisitions. Must be a member of the New York Bar and resident in our office. Responsibilities include: - Handling employment litigation cases - Providing counsel to clients on employment law matters - Advising clients on employment-related issues in mergers and acquisitions - Maintaining excellent communication skills - Meeting productivity and quality standards Requirements include: - 2 years of experience in management-side employment law litigation and counseling - Strong academic credentials and oral, written, and interpersonal skills - Experience with employment law matters in mergers and acquisitions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and teamwork skills
