Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our team in providing legal services to our Nursing Home/Assisted Living Facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare law and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel to our Nursing Home/Assisted Living Facility staff
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for our facilities
- Conduct legal research and drafting of contracts and agreements
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrators to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare law
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
