Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential real estate law and will be responsible for providing legal guidance on various residential and commercial real estate transactions. Responsibilities include: - Provide legal advice and support on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leases, and financing. - Independently handle a case load of residential and commercial real estate transactions. - Represent clients throughout NY (5 boroughs, Long Island & Westchester). Requirements and qualifications: - Strong background in residential real estate law. - Ability to provide legal guidance on various real estate transactions. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage a case load.
