International Employment Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking an associate with 3+ years of experience for our Employment Group. The ideal candidate will have international counseling experience and be able to conduct employment diligence and advise on employment aspects of corporate transactions. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating employment, retention and related agreements, and advising clients in all aspects of employment law.
