Bankruptcy Attorney

Job Description:
Seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney with 2+ years of experience representing secured creditors in consumer Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases. Must be licensed to practice law in Ohio and/or Kentucky. Responsibilities include managing routine matters, drafting pleadings, attending hearings, responding to inquiries, reviewing filings, monitoring electronic filings, and resolving bankruptcy matters such as Motions for Relief and Proofs of claim. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of bankruptcy rules/laws, computer literacy, professionalism, keyboard skills, attention to detail, time management, and communication skills. Requirements include a law degree (JD), being barred in OH and/or KY, and admitted to District and/or Bankruptcy Courts in OH and/or KY.
