Join a prestigious law firm seeking a talented Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 5+ years of experience in real estate transactions and lender/borrower matters. Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate transaction documents, reviewing due diligence materials, and supervising title and survey reviews.

Requirements include being a current active member of the Maryland Bar, having a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school, and demonstrating strong analytical and writing skills. The ideal candidate will have experience representing clients in real estate transactions and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
