Job Description:
We are seeking a Corporate Attorney to support our Northern California Emerging Companies Practice. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and clients, demonstrating drive to succeed and excellent communication skills. Requirements include 1-5 years of experience in venture capital financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial transactions. Strong quantitative and communication skills are required. The ideal candidate has a strong academic background and familiarity with cap table platforms such as Carta.
