Join our Energy and Environmental practice team as an Environmental Associate. 4-6 years of experience in environmental law preferred. Must have knowledge or interest in energy, utilities, and/or air quality regulations. Experience with environmental enforcement actions, regulatory compliance, and transactional support a plus. Key qualifications include: JD from an accredited law school 4-6 years of experience in environmental law Knowledge of environmental regulations, including CERCLA, RCRA, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act Environmental transactions (e.g., real estate, M&A, site remediation)
