Associate Attorney Employment Law

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our team in labor and employment law. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced attorneys to represent employees in legal claims related to discrimination, harassment, whistle-blowing retaliation, wage and hour violations, and wrongful termination.

Key responsibilities include conducting interviews with prospective clients, completing litigation documents, traveling to appear in person at agency and court hearings, negotiating with the opposing side on behalf of litigation clients, managing all aspects of litigation cases under supervision, and staying organized and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school, a Bar Examination (UBE) score of at least 270, pre-existing admission to a state bar, and outstanding organizational and project management skills with strong written communication skills and analytical abilities.
