Litigation Attorney

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Litigation Attorney to join our team in Columbus, OH. As a key member of our Personal Injury Litigation practice, you will be responsible for managing a litigation caseload from start to finish, conducting detailed medical and policy reviews, negotiating high-value settlements, and communicating with clients to build trust. You will also work closely with support staff and leadership to drive performance and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Licensed and in good standing in Ohio
• 3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation
• Proven negotiation skills with a track record of high-value settlements
• Exceptional communication and persuasive writing ability
• A competitive mindset and strong organizational discipline
• Confidence in analyzing complex cases and making strategic recommendations
• Proficiency in legal tech, case management tools, and Microsoft Office
