Job Description:

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to provide legal counsel support for client's immigration matters before USCIS and Executive Office of Immigration Review. Key responsibilities include researching and interpreting existing laws and regulations, anticipating changes, and guiding informed decisions to reduce risk of removal/deportation.

Requirements:

  • Admitted to practice law in any US state
  • Excellent writing, organizational, and research skills required
  • Graduated in top 10% of either undergraduate or law school
  • At least 3 years of litigation or immigration law experience
