Probate Attorney

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Probate Attorney to lead our Probate department. As a proactive and experienced attorney, you will oversee all aspects of Probate and Estate Administration, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

You will review and supervise the work of three probate paralegals to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Prepare and file Probate Accountings and Inventories in accordance with court regulations.

Assist the Estate Planning team as needed, contributing expertise and support on related matters.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in probate law, proven ability to supervise or mentor paralegals and junior attorneys, excellent legal research and writing skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
