The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in litigating employment cases, taking and defending depositions on complicated labor and employment matters, and providing business-focused problem-solving. Key responsibilities include developing a book of portables, representing clients in employment disputes, and collaborating with team members to provide seamless representation. Requirements include significant experience representing employers, mature team approach, strong people skills, and sound legal judgment. A client base with portable billings, strong employment litigation and counseling experience, and Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school are also required.
