Job Description:

The law firm of Bryant Miller Olive is seeking a Public Finance Attorney with experience in state and federal tax aspects of municipal bond law. A finance or accounting background is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Florida municipal finance laws.

Responsibilities include advising on bond issuance, tax structuring, and other financial matters related to municipal borrowing. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills.
