Responsibilities include overseeing paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff, providing legal counsel to clients, representing clients in court, conducting research, and drafting pleadings and motions. Requirements include proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, advanced computer skills with legal research programs, and minimum 1-2 years of experience in a law firm environment.
